Making A Purchase
Browse through our Collections and click on Contact Us to place your order. You can also place an order by phone locally at 416-916-6557 or in North-America Toll free at1-866-799-RUGS (7847) . You will be sent an order confirmation by email or phone when we receive your order. We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. These are processed when orders are ready for shipment. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or online . Cheques are accepted but allow 7 days for clearance.
Shipping & Handling Charges
The cost of shipping within mainland U.S.A & Canada is genarally between $20 - $50. Please refer to the chart below.
All orders are normally processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary, however products If in stock, are usually delivered within 7 to 10 working days from stocks throughout mainland USA & Canada. Contracts except custom orders, not completed within 30 days can be cancelled by either party. Refunds will be processed within 7 days. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries. Items shipped in the mainland USA & Canada are delivered by UPS or Fed-Ex Ground. Shipping charges are based on package weight. For your convenience, we have created a chart that estimates ship weight charges for your oriental rug.

ON DELIVERY PLEASE THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE GOODS AND REPORT DAMAGES OR ERRORS IN THE ORDER TO US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IN THE EVENT THAT GOODS CANNOT BE INSPECTED ON DELIVERY THEN SIGN FOR THEM AS "UNEXAMINED". Report damages, or errors to the us by phone or email . In the unlikely event of damage or error, you will be entitled to an exchange or full refund. Refunds will be made within 7 working days of our agreement to do so.
Cancellation & Returns
You have 7 days from the day after receipt of goods in which to notify us that you wish to cancel the order. You will be assigned a Return Authorization #. Please write the return authorization # with a marker clearly on the original pakaging that was originally shipped to you. . Due to the nature of our products they must be repacked as they were received and send it insured with UPS or Fed-Ex Ground or any shipping company with insurance & tracking. Your only obligation is charges for the shipping. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the good returned to us in original condition and packaging & inspected for any soil & damages. Pakages without the R.A.#, will not be accepted.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, you will first be emailed or phoned to with the option to cancel or change your order. We can back order for you and these items are not charged until they are ready for shipment. Any contracts except custom orders, not completed within 30 days can be cancelled by either party and a full refund will be given for goods not delivered. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Tax Charges
15% Tax will be included for Ontario residents & 7% GST for rest of Canada.In USA or other parts of the world, please inquire with your local customs office.
Credit Card Security
Your information is not stored on an internet active computer so your details cannot be accessed by a third party.

All our products are covered by the manufacturers warranty which is detailed with the product. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
